O' Christmas Tree.....

Just finished working on a project I saw in a magazine, I kind of did it my way....as much as I am a stickler for the rules...and following directions, when it comes to being creative I do it my way...lol!  They were fun trees to make, used MYLYB Christmas Delight paper. Might make a third to complete the set later!

rainy Monday....

Well it's a lovely rainy Monday here....Baby is fussy and not feeling well.  So I thought I would post some pages I made last week.  Between being sick for over two weeks and the baby was sick before that and working a lot lately, I have not had much time to do anything!
Fall page of Jacob from Oct 2005, Christmas of Cullen last year on Christmas eve!

Spooky Banner

Just made a quick little "SPOOKY" Banner the other day using My Little Yellow Bicycle Boo-Ville.  I have really loved creating things with that collection!

I need to get better at this...

Well I guess this blogging thing is not as easy as I thought to keep up with.  Or is it the fact that I am a working mom of 5 kids?!?!?  Oh well., I just want to share something that I made last week.  Its a 7 Gypsies Tray, I used some photos of Cullen at 11 months old and October Afternoon Ducks in a Row collection with a few other things!  It was a lot of fun to make!
Can't believe Friday will be October 1st (and my bday) I look forward to hanging my October Calenders, I think I have more than I have rooms to hang them in!!!

A season for firsts

My husband was always telling me I should put my own work online and show it off to others. He finally decided to setup this blog site for me to make it a reality. What better way to kick off my first blog then covering my little "Cully Peppers" first birthday. Cullen's birthday was August 17th and we had his birthday party yesterday. We had a small party with mainly family and a couple of close friends.  One Idea I had was to create my own Happy Birthday banner to match the theme of mod monkeys. I just used some card stock to cut out the flags and circles!  Found some chipboard letter that I had gotten a few years ago at Archiver's that matched.
